Organization

A board has been established under the chairmanship of Professor Joseph Hautvast. Professor Hautvast is Emeritus Professor of Human Nutrition and has worked with Clive West for almost 25 years.
Other members are Dr Jan Westrate from Unilever, Dr Theo Ockhuizen from the Dutch Dairy Organization, Professor Frans Kok and Mrs Lous Duym from the Division of Human Nutrition of Wageningen University.

When needed, international experts in the field of micronutrient research will be approached to act as referee for complicated applications.
